FIXED ASSET IDENTIFICAITON, TAGGING & RECONCILIAITON

It remains the fact that most of the organizations tends to ignore the accuracy concerning the values appearing in their financial statements in terms of Fixed Assets and or Inventory or both - as these item lines remains unchecked. In general, the units and values appearing in Fixed Asset Module( Master/Register) the General Ledger and the Physical list differs hence requires identification, physical count, tagging, and reconciliation to tally them. Also the Register does not states its present condition, location and Custodian/user details etc to mention few. In some cases, the assets requires to be removed from Sites once retired and or requires valuation or re valuation etc under various circumstances. We carry the expertise in expediting these issues by way of cleaning up the Asset/Inventory Masters based on global accounting practices and protocol.

INVENTORY VERIFICAITON, TAGGING, CATEGORIZATION

The inventory values appearing in the financial statements are seldom verified or re confirmed through its physical count verification and tagging. Valuation and categorization of Inventories are other areas where lot of complexities are involved which requires expertise to fix them. Through our Inventory Task Plan ( ITP) you achieve these goals.
